Service Description

Cancellation Policy
Exact location and further details will be texted to you the Monday before your appointment. Please be sure of your commitment before booking as refunds for booking deposits are not available. Deposits can not be used for more than one date, or transferred. When the brow tech can no longer carry out the service for reasons on their side you will be fully reimbursed within 36 hours. Lateness to your booking will only be tolerated when notice has been given to the brow tech before your scheduled time. If you believe you may be late to your appointment, every effort must be made to communicate this to the artist as no prior notice of lateness will void your appointment. No appointment will go forward if arriving more than 5 minutes after scheduled booking time regardless of notice.
